1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the bagh gaming platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. 2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with bagh. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If bagh detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void any associated transactions, and forfeit any remaining balance or winnings.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date. bagh is not responsible for any losses, delays, or issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information. You must use your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and legitimate contact details when creating your account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. bagh is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such unauthorized use is the direct result of our negligence or failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bagh accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits are processed in real time and are typically credited to your account within two (2) minutes. bagh does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, for which bagh is not responsible.

3.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bagh account are obtained from legitimate sources and are free from any legal claims or encumbrances. bagh reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. You agree to cooperate with such requests, and failure to do so may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bagh Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity will be denominated in BDT. bagh does not support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4. Withdrawals and Account Balance

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the requirements outlined in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed manually by bagh staff during business hours (06:00 to 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing time is up to six (6) hours during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Funds are transferred directly to the mobile wallet account registered with your bagh profile.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand Bangladeshi Taka). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, bagh may require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification at bagh's discretion. Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in the cancellation of your withdrawal request and suspension of your account.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. bagh reserves the right to void any withdrawal request that attempts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bagh Platform are subject to the betting rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. bagh reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bagh, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a dispute, bagh's records shall be deemed conclusive.

5.2 Casino and RNG Games

All random number generator (RNG) based games on the bagh Platform, including slots, table games, and card games, use certified random number generation technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. 5.3 Live Casino

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Players may also request a temporary time-out or cooling-off period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months, during which their account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent closure of your account. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to create a new account or access any bagh services. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing by contacting bagh customer support. bagh will honor all self-exclusion requests but cannot be held responsible if you circumvent self-exclusion by creating additional accounts using false information.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The bagh Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. bagh does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

8.2 Technical Failures

bagh is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, including but not limited to: server downtime, network outages, software bugs, interrupted game sessions, incorrect odds display, or payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets may be voided at bagh's discretion.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bagh's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bagh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bagh Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of bagh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without bagh's express written permission.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bagh account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any pending bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure. bagh may take up to fourteen (14) days to process account closure requests.

10.2 Termination by bagh

bagh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false or misleading information during registration, irregular or fraudulent betting activity, abuse of bonuses, opening multiple accounts, or engaging in any activity that bagh deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Upon account closure by bagh, any remaining balance may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to bagh, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity, in which case bagh reserves the right to forfeit your entire balance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the bagh Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and bagh. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over such matters.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

bagh's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of bagh's right to enforce such provision in the future.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without bagh's prior written consent. bagh may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent.
